He is a co-founder and director at IMRANDD, a North Sea focussed offshore energy integrity and technology company, and a co-founder and executive director at Cynthian Consulting, a Nigeria-based multi-disciplinary consultancy, where he has led advisory teams assessing the strategy and execution plans on projects worth over US$5.4Bn collectively

Sripad is a business leader bringing over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, financing and management.
He has founded and funded various energy businesses from start-up both in Nigeria and the UK including IMRANDD and Cynthian Consulting. An economist with an MBA in Oil and Gas Management, Sripad has considerable experience doing business in West Africa. He holds resident status in Nigeria.

GORDON MCRAE
COO
Gordon is a seasoned technical leader with almost 25 years experience spanning a range of companies from supermajors to small entrant firms and encompassing the entire E&P lifecycle. He has been instrumental in delivering M&A deals exceeding $2 billion in total value as an investor / manager and consultant to various UK operators and has also advised Nigerian financial institutions on project lending. His Reservoir Engineering background gives him a strong understanding of resource maturation and the management of risk and uncertainty.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry from Edinburgh University and an MSc in Information Management from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen.

SANTOSH SINGH
Commercial Director
Santosh brings almost 20 years of oil and gas experience from commercial and finance staff roles in various major operators before becoming an independent consultant. He has a broad range of expertise spanning petroleum economics, financial modelling and asset valuation as well as commercial management of joint ventures, negotiation, mergers and acquisitions and business planning.
Formally a Chartered Financial Advisor, he is also the holder of a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA.

CHRIS IHEOBI
Country Manager– Nigeria
Chris brings almost 40 years of technical and operational leadership in the oil and gas industry to EPIC. Chris rose through the ranks becoming a Senior Manager at Shell Global, and overseeing projects and operations across Nigeria, United Kingdom, Netherlands and the Middle East.
He has a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering, holds an MBA from the Heriot Watt University Edinburgh and is a fellow of the UK institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST).

Vice President Operations
Ibrahim has held several senior management roles with some of Africa’s leading oil and gas companies including Oriental Energy, Sahara Energy Resources and Asharami Energy.
In a career spanning over 20 years, Ibrahim led project teams which have successfully delivered large, fast track offshore infrastructure projects such as the Ebok field development which achieved first oil 18 months after FID.
He is a qualified engineer holding a B.Tech in Chemical/Petro-Chemical Engineering.

Babs has extensive multi-sectoral Board experience as Chairman and Non-Executive Director in Oil & Gas, Technology, Banking and Not-For- Profit.
A member of Shell’s Global Upstream Leadership Team, and Managing Director/CEO of Nigeria LNG, with revenues over $40bn during his tenure, Babs spent over 26-years internationally with Shell across various continents (Europe, Africa, USA, Asia, Middle East) in leadership, technical and commercial roles.
Babs has a degree in Industrial Chemistry, double MBA in Operations Research and Strategic Supply Chains, an Honorary Doctorate of Science and is completing a DBA focused on ESG at Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh.

Fatima has over 30 years of experience in the West African real estate sector and is the founder and non-Executive Chairperson of FilmoRe Limited, a company that provides strategic advisory and development services across the region.
She is a Senior Advisor on Strategic Relations and Special Projects to the Group President, Dangote Industries Limited, and currently sits on the boards of the Nigeria Stock Exchange (NGX) Group, NMRC (Nigeria Mortgage Refinance Company), NASCON plc (Dangote Salt and Allied Industries) and Landmark Realty. She is also a Director of Savannah Centre for Diplomacy, Democracy and Development and is part of the Advisory Board of the Chapel Hill Denham Fund for Women.

MARTIN SMITH CB MBE DL

Martin was an officer in the British military for 33 years, serving in the UK Special Forces and reaching the rank of Commandant General in the Royal Marines where he commanded 7,000 elite troops on various operational tours in both command and senior advisory roles.
Within the military he led various shipping and oil and gas security forces including counter-piracy operations in various regions of the world.
Since leaving the military he has transferred his considerable expertise in cyber warfare into the civilian sector where he is the Managing Director of Cyber prism and a Non-Executive Director of Nihon Cyber Defence

Innes a co-founder and CEO of IMRANDD, a North Sea focussed offshore energy integrity and technology company, having previously held senior technical roles in operators such as Hess and Talisman in North Sea, Gulf of Mexico, and West Africa.
In addition to his role at IMRANDD, Innes is a non-executive in a Nigeria- focused technical consultancy and the CEO of a UK-based firm developing geothermal technology.

CECILIA AKINTOMIDE

A seasoned Executive with expertise in Development Finance, Corporate Governance, Law and General Management, Cecilia served as the Vice President Secretary General of the African Development Bank (AfDB) and Head of Public and Private Sector Projects and Policy. She was also Secretary to the 80-member Ministerial Boards of Governors and the 20-member resident Boards of Directors as well as being a member of the Presidential Council, the Senior Management Coordination Committee, Operations Committee and the Executive Crisis Committee.
Cecilia brings to EPIC her expertise in the legal aspects of policy-based financing transactions, as well as in the formulation of operations policies and compliance monitoring.

Dayo is a Senior Partner at TEMPLARS, one of Nigeria’s leading and largest Law Firms. He has a Law Degree from the University of Jos, Nigeria, a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of London and has over 20 years of legal and commercial experience as a practicing lawyer and working inhouse in legal and non-legal roles.
